Clients and future clients,

My company would like to differentiate itself from the many others having the famous label "tar sprayer", which I consider to be a misleading description for the professional waterproofing sector, and a detrimental to this category. We do not have a significant voice in the construction sector in respect to other professionals.

I consider myself a professional that works in this sector on a daily basis, and as such I also deserve appropriate acknowledgment at a professional level.

I would like to remind you that there are diverse companies operating in this sector for several decades which have matured in-depth knowledge and skill over time, and it is therefore necessary to break this cycle of misinformation and ignorance through radical solutions.

It is time that all operators of this sector understand that the correct installation of a waterproofing system is indispensable for the installation of the actual covering, and it is just as necessary that the world of construction work, entities, private sectors, and everyone else assimilates the concept of the importance of a valid waterproofing project.

This is even truer in light of the information gathered by the courts system, which illustrates that water infiltration problems make up more than 50% of construction related disputes.

Therefore, it is my duty as a professional in this sector and as the owner of my company to provide assurance and the best design solutions in respect to application criteria, just as it is my duty to offer an appropriate and correct waterproofing system installation for my collaborators.

It is for this reason that I would like to request your utmost collaboration during the preparation of all preliminary plans, both before and after having installed a waterproofing system.
